[bug] Missing artifacts in the Summary page if a reusable workflow is ran multiple times

What happened?

Using a reusable workflow that uploads artifacts multiple times, will result in only 1 artifact showing in the Summary Page of the job, the missing artifacts still can be downloaded from the download link mentioned in the logs

What did you expect to happen?

All artifacts should be mentioned in the Summary Page

How can we reproduce it?

For example run a matrix on a reusable workflow that uploads an artifact

Anything else we need to know?

There is another closed issue #389, which shouldn't be closed
