replace specific model wrappers with RubyLLM gem

I think it's worth consider migrate from individual model wrapper into RubyLLM since this gem can wrap multiple models into one and minimize gem usage especially in rails app.

This is something I am considering especially since the latest release of RubyLLM allows for structured output and passing model options directly to the providers. Before this RubyLLM lacked some features/flexibility in the generation providers. If you'd like to take a crack at it PRs are alway welcome!

RubyLLM has some architecture design flaws in the way it does module inheritance in the construction of it's provider wrappers. I've attempted to patch bugs created by this, as well as extend support for OpenRouter here, while increase the test coverage in the process. I unable to reach resolution with the maintainer even after reverting improvements to the test coverage and the fixes of inheritance bugs.

I caution against attaching these projects together, as my move to activeagent is specifically to increase the reliability of my system.

But I agree that Active Agents should not depend on RubyLLM. I would suggest using RubyLLM as a generation provider instead.
