test case name "should be possible open popover attached to an action inside more popover" needs to be corrected as it is passing when the issue is reproducible too.

Steps to reproduce: open a popover through an actionItem inside another popover.
Browser name/version/os (ie Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) MacOS)

to fix the test cases already tried below steps:
tried with two similar popover inside more button. Still the test case passes everytime.
Also tried writing a new TC using the html ActionBar.base.html and then inserted a popover similar to relate popover in more action bar (to imitate the exact behaviour in aem). But still no success. .
