Click to expand if mentioned anywhere its stale. Currently clicking copy the block and draging and selecting copy the selection.

But ctrl+o is super weird I also use mac and works, are you using terminal? Does your terminal allows ctrl like with other tools?

Can you please try with https://alacritty.org/ just to ensure? I just tested on terminal default, alacrity and warp, all of them did work fine but I am not using the default mac keyboard btw.
