Updating reference handlers ("refparsers") #18
Description
Some of the Classic reference handlers (called "refparsers" here) have been updated to fix problems uncovered in the Classic reference resolving workflow. In some cases these have not made it into the reference parsers in the the reference pipeline. We need to look at updates of various parsers in theref_handlers of the adspy repo and update the refparsers in this repository, if appropriate.
This issue has been created as a reminder to make sure this happens. For further details, ask @ehenneken
