Zooming in pushing item groups off screen

Describe the bug
If you zoom in on the page displaying heavily nested groups, some groups can get pushed off screen to the left. There is is no scroll bar to be able to access this info.
I think again maybe the Questionnaire is pushing the limits of acceptable nesting but worth looking at this bug to see if it can be addressed.

To Reproduce

1. Launch CCMP Questionnnaire
2. Create response
3. Scroll down to "Plan items" group and zoom in until bug is evident

Expected behavior
I would expect items to start having their right side not visible with a scroll bar present to be able to move things into view
