dt change inconsistent with run git log #1
Description
Run git log can be inconsistent with dt - an off-by-one error?
e.g. see run_summary_025deg_jra55v13_iaf_gmredi6.csv runs 120-122:
git tracking says accessom2.nml changed in run 121: 2019-01-23 04:59:20: Run 121
but dt changes to 1800 in run 122 with no git change
