External DNS

Hello team,
It should be great to have External DNS management on Cozystack, based on this project: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/external-dns
The cloud provider can choose by default his DNS provider, with domain name like cloud.com and each tenant user will have tenant.cloud.com.
If the tenant user want to have his own domain, he can map to his own external DNS provider and then, all sub-domain.
