Visits enhancement and listings

@afairgiant i've now added a lot of information to MediKeep (and still doing so) so we can have a better overall look where it can be improved. For now i have the following suggestions:

• When you add a new Visit, there's no option in the dialog to add documents. Only if you edit the visit afterwards.
• Since you add Lab Results which have added documents, i think we should be able to link Lab Results to Visits. This way you dont end up with duplicated documents if you want to add a lab result document to a visit
• Adding years worth of visits and lab results, gets you long lists in the browser. Maybe you can paginate these sections like you did for the Vital Signs. The sections im getting long lists are: Lab Results, Visit History and also Healthcare Practitioners (but this section is trickier since you can group them by Practice so maybe leave them as is for now).
• Maybe there should be a Practices Management tool to edit or erase practices that you entered by mistake. I now have 2 practices without practitioners that i cant seem to be able to delete or edit its name. Of course you should only be able to delete the Practice if it isnt associated with Practitioners.

1. I missed that, I'll add the document option during creation!
2. thats a good idea, I'll add that to the to-do.
3. Pagation is a great idea, I'll add that to the to-do
4. Agreed, there should be a way to delete or edit practices I'll look into that.

I forgot(its been a long week already) you can edit practices on both the view, edit and create forms for the practitioner. Still need a way to delete/erase them tho.

Oh you're right. Didnt notice the edit pencil next to it... So thats done. To delete or manage them, maybe a similar section to "Tag Managment" under the "Tools" drop-down menu?
Yeah, this week there's been a lot of bug hunting 😄 You should recruit a couple of extra programmers. Unfortunately i only know how to program an Arduino... 🤣

@afairgiant it seems also a good ideia to do the same Lab Results linking to Conditions and Procedures... They also can have attached documents and linking lab results may reduce duplicate documents.

That makes sense. I just finished last night doing the linking of Lab Results to the Visits so I'll do the conditions and procedures next.
