Unable to login and create a new user

Deployed the MediKeep docker container following the instructions from Wiki, but unable to login with default admin credentials.
It's reporting:

HTTP 502: Login failed

Additionally, tried to create a new user but it's failing reporting the following error:

Registration failed

Set DEBUG: TRUE but didn't find any error reported there

That is strange. Once I get off work today I'll take a look to see if I can figure it out.
