Be able to Support Sphinx extensions

So I am using markdown and some other 3rd party sphinx templates for generating documentation. Currently there's no way to add those sphinx plugins to it.

If you are able to provide a repo with a minimum non-working example of a sphinx project with a extension, I may be able to look into how this might be accomplished.
