delay >10 seconds when matchbox is called externally

if calling the matchbox frontend with all the validation parameters the first time it has delay because
the capability statement and the ig's are downloaded before the validation is executed.

can those two calls be delay (after calling the validation) or made async and continuing ?

could we maybe even cache those two requests on the server for a certain time?

We could probably, since those validations do not use any validation parameter, and are not using the IG list to select the right IG or inform the profile is unknown.

We could also cache those calls, but I'm not sure how exactly. Last-Modified and ETag could be used, but both should be aware of any configuration (CliContext) or IG change, since it would invalidate those responses.

what would be nice too, if the provided file name gets added for a subsequent validation call (not it is called just provided.xml).
