Everything from StructureMapTransformProvider is missing from the CapabilityStatement. Maybe an HAPI bug?

With the onlyOneEngine mode, we get the correct CapabilityStatement

The StructureMapTransformProvider is marked with @Conditional(OnMatchboxOnlyOneEnginePresent.class), so it's normal it doesn't show up in the CapabilityStatement with the default configuration. @oliveregger Is that an error?
