For site changes:
cd app
npm ci
npm run buildAnyone may open a PR. Everyone contributes from a fork — Core Team members
included. main is protected: only the Habilitated maintainer team can
push branches and merge.
The Habilitated team merges; the Core Team reviews contributions and preserves the canonical text. Minor fixes can be merged quickly. Manifesto changes need discussion and clear agreement.
Be respectful, stay on topic, and do not impersonate signatories. Maintainers may close, edit, or block contributions that are abusive, spammy, unsafe, or outside the scope of the project.
