Ability to create a seperate entry for each worker

Problem statement:

As a developer I need to deploy certain workers to specific instances, the current global workers start does not support this.

Solution:

Iterate through worker files, and generate a entry point for each, wrapping every worker in the start script.

Out of scope:

The CLI does not need to support this.
