I propose adding an AI-powered chatbot to the Healthcare Management platform to simplify patient interaction and support.

The chatbot can assist patients, doctors, and pharmacies by:

2. Guiding patients through booking or follow-up processes.
3. Providing instant support and connecting users to the right department.

This enhancement will make the platform more responsive, accessible, and patient-friendly, helping streamline communication and improve overall healthcare delivery.
