• Adding Vision and mission sections which gives clarity about the project
• Adding Flowchart for giving better clarity about the project
• Adding Pre-requisites and trouble shooting sections
• Enhancing Overall project by adding decorative gifs
• Adding Why CareSync section?
• Formatting overall readme
• Adding screenshots and report bug links
