Description
In order to maintain consistent code formatting across the ClinIQ repository and make PR reviews smoother, we should integrate Prettier.

Proposed Solution

• Add .prettierrc and .prettierignore configuration files.
• Add a format script in the configuration to easily format all files.
• Apply Prettier formatting across the existing codebase.

Benefits

• Eliminates debates over code styling in PRs.
• Ensures a unified code style for all contributors.

Hey, planning to just drop in a standard .prettierrc with common defaults (semi, singleQuote) and add a format script to package.json. I'll run it over the current files so everything is consistent and PRs don't fail on style nits.
