Kargo Agent install

Are there any details on installing and connecting Kargo Agents? We have multiple ArgoCD clusters and would like to follow the agent install pattern outlined at https://release-1-8.docs.kargo.io/operator-guide/architecture/#distributed-configuration.

I see some details in the helm values but it's not clear what steps are needed to connect an agent to the control plane and how to verify connectivity.

idk if you saw this section, but it's essentially deliberate that we didn't go into great detail on how to do it.

The advice in that section about comments in the Helm chart's values file being instructive is quite true, however. Many in the community have succeeded in standing up Kargo with the distributed topology you're asking about with no more assistance than those comments.
