Any options to "compare" tool?

I really like the "overlay" view of the compare tool. However, there are two options I can't find.

1. Is there a way to choose which modifications I want to view? E.g. view all content changes (add, modify, delete, image) but ignore style changes.
2. Is there a way to export the "overlay" view?

My use case is to compare manuals for my car, which receives OTA updates about every 3 months. It's tough to manually compare over 450 pages for changes.
