Music and sound effects are currently in OGG format with MP3 as a backup. I suspect file size could be reduced without a noticeable impact on quality in some cases. Could explore WebM format. Also consider taking another look at streaming (currently had to disable streaming because it created a noticeable pause for music that is supposed to loop).

Optimize and update music (fixes #79)
422df7c 
- Update all songs to the latest version to line up with the upcoming OST. Changes are most noticable for "Measuring the Challenge" and "Not the End".
- Slightly shrinks file size of all songs (OGG version only).
- Enables streaming when possible (i.e. for any song that doesn't seamlessly loop)
