[Bug]: CI test flakes

What happened?

We have a few CI flakes which we need to go investigate. Creating a ticket to follow up on these.

• Returned object after POSTing an attachment doesn't have an id. TestEvents_RestoreLargeAttachment
• 500 while deleting a contact TestBackup_Run_incrementalExchange/delete_an_existing_item
