Set "The Unarchiver" as default app for `.zip` and `.rar` files

I haven't found a way to automate this so instead I have to do this manually.

Open "Default Apps" Preference Pane > Apps > The Unarchiver

* Select `rar` and `zip`

Otherwise VLC will open `.rar` files and the Archive Utility will open `.zip` files.
