For next election...

Please allow me to expand one state at a time vs expand none or expand all.   

From a usability perspective this would be very helpful when viewing on a mobile device/phone.  Avoids a lot of scrolling.  There are some states, for example, that really don't matter to the user and if expand all is on, then you have to do a lot of scrolling.
