Unix ports cable needs sudo.

Description
The entire information won't show on the ports cable because it needs elevated privileges to get all the information.

The ss command needs sudo, doas or equivalent to show the user info:

Show the user info of the process that's owning each port

Environment

• OS: Arch Linux
• TV version: 0.15.7
• shell: fish

If you'd like a PR, I'd propose these changes so it shows data without sudo, but upon pressing ENTER it would ask for sudo password to show more details (mainly which user is owns the process that is using the ports).

Changes

• Removes duplicates with sort | awk '!seen[$1,$4]++'
• Shows UDP ports by adding -u to ss -tulnp
• Adds actions.details which uses sudo and shows details, upon exiting tv, on the terminal
