I'm not sure if it is possible to change, but what I miss is option to keep the emulator on top of other windows.

This is not trivial to do but should be possible.

AvdBuddy doesn't own the emulator windows and calls the android sdk's CLI commands instead.

I'll see what direction I want to move the project towards and decide if this is worth doing. Will keep open until then.
