We have fully integrated BIDS in our Lab-routine and preprocess functional data with fmriprep. It's really great to have the option to import it to Conn!
It would be really great to also have the option to parse the participants file to CONN in order to match the BIDS-Naming and the Conn-nmaing of subjects. I don't get the reason why Conn changes the names of subjects during the import.
So here is the question: Would it be possible to leave the subject name as it is (in BIDS). That would be a gamechanger (at least for me ;-)
