screen flickers when holding down finger on ios devices

Hi!

Thanks for your directive. I've been trying to find a working angular material P2R and it's surprisingly hard! Yours is the best I've come across so far... a couple of issues are making it unusable just yet though...

Using an iPhone 6+.

1. When you pull to refresh and let go it's fine. However, hold your finger on the screen, and the screen jumps and judders horribly.

2. on my iPhone 6+, the spinner appears just down and to the right of the white placeholder circle, not directly inside.

Sorry for late response.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to test it on an iPhone 6+ device. I was not able to see the problem in simulator. I think I also tested an iPhone 5 and didn't see that.
Anyways, I applied a couple of fixes which were happening for me on Android in a Cordova app.
There may be chances that the jumpiness is gone. Please let me know if you tested again.
