能否参考AWS在Client中增加EndpointResolver #612
Description
背景：一些公司限制外部域名，内部使用时，要把这些域名换成内部域名。
该SDK中buildRequestWithSigner的解析endpoint步骤过于分散。
希望实现一个接口包含解析endpint方法，client能设置这个接口，在buildRequestWithSigner调用这个接口。把buildRequestWithSigner的解析endpoint步骤作为默认接口。
