Generate list of screenshots?

@jgkamat Now that the multi-theme branch is merged, I guess we should do something about the screenshots in the readme. Maybe display one or two in the main readme, like they are now, and then link to a page showing all of the screenshots? What do you think?

Yup, I think we might need a bit more automation to generate overview pages for the themes. From there, we can just link to the folder containing the themes on the screenshots branch!
