rvary_status_password is listed twice

rvary_status_password is listed twice in the SETROPTS documentation, it looks like it accidentally replaced another option

The documentation will be adjusted later; this is actually representative of a bug in the underlying code that was potentially spared from being externalized by some older codepaths that are now going away. The rvary status and switch password related keys were apparently not generated properly and that escaped my notice due to the similarity both in the racfu key and the racf key for all related fields. The desired mapping SHOULD be as follows and while this structure will chance in this code update, this will be what the JSON Schema updates base themselves on. The documentation changes will be made with the broader changes to reflect the JSON Schema updates.
