OpenClaw skill compatibility layer with dashboard integration #692

This issue lets skills written for another popular platform (OpenClaw) run on GAIA with little or no rewriting, so those authors and their existing skills can move over easily. A conversion tool translates the other format into GAIA's, and anything imported this way starts at the lowest trust level until it has been reviewed. This gives GAIA a head start on available content instead of beginning from an empty library.

Summary

Migration tool or adapter that allows OpenClaw SKILL.md files to run on GAIA with minimal modification. Lowers barrier for existing OpenClaw skill developers. Integrated into the Agent UI configuration dashboard for visual skill import.

Acceptance Criteria

• Document format differences between OpenClaw and GAIA SKILL.md
• Migration tool converts OpenClaw skill format to GAIA format
• Migrated skills default to experimental security tier
• Configuration dashboard supports importing OpenClaw skills
• At least 10 popular OpenClaw skills ported as validation
