My project also builds for WebGL. I'm not using SkiaSharp there, but I do need it to compile. I was able to achieve this by forking the repo and adding a few preprocessor macros (#if !UNITY_WEBGL). Hoping to upstream this so I don't have to maintain a fork, and maybe it'll help some others ;)
