Amplitude cannot find registered users

Summary

When we use "amplitude-js": "8.21.2" for web tracking
We use amplitude for user path tracking. We can find our registered new users through AWS's elasticsearch,
but we cannot find the corresponding user id in amplitude.

Please also provide the link to your dashboard, also the api key, or the name of the project. Those can help us to investigate further.
It will also be helpful to explain or provide a piece of code of how you implement our SDK.

@arianshirepublik wants to mention that this SDK has turned into maintenance mode and will be deprecated. We have a new amplitude browser SDK which is already GA, and has more features and is more stable. Please check it out.
