{project-first} 2.7 has the following technical changes:
Upgraded virt-v2v to RHEL9 for warm migrations
{project-short} previously used virt-v2v from Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8, which does not include bug fixes and features that are available in virt-v2v in RHEL9. In {project-short} 2.7.0, components are updated to RHEL 9 in order to improve the functionality of warm migration. (MTV-1152)
