ENBManager.exe Won't Open Anymore

Okay, so I downloaded a mod pack via Wabba, started Toll's ENBManager once, but I had to change the file path for my Skyrim folder, because it was pulling a different Steam Library on a separate drive. After removing the other Skyrim on my O drive, I now only have one Skyrim on my C drive, but now ENBManager tries to open (as in the window begins to load) and just closes. It doesn't run in the background or anything, I tried reinstalling just the .exe file and it still won't work...

It worked the very first time I opened it, and never completely opens after that.... :(

Nevermind, I actually found a thread on the nexus forums for the mod! I had to delete the folder within "ProgramFiles" and reinstalled just incase. Now it works.
