Other bargaining groups may like this.

In theory this shouldn't be too hard. A lot of the work of abstracting specific CA details is already done. What would be needed is some kind of wizard:

1. First select your classification
2. Now select the TA you'd like to calculate for
3. What level were you at the end of the last CA, or what level did you start during the current CA?
4. ....etc....

The danger here is that I don't know how other CAs work. There are a ton of rules to consider.
