Published package includes .tgz file

If you look at the published package on unpkg, you can see that ngx-dynamic-breadcrumb-2.0.0.tgz is included when it shouldn't have been.

A simple fix would be to ensure the file doesn't exist and republish as a patch update.

@midgleyc yea. I saw this a while back while I made the last update to support the Ivy engine. I'll probably add a deploy pipeline with a semantic release via GitHub actions so that this never happens. I'll try to set up this by the weekend (if possible).
