Enhance ng new boilerplate with a Signal example

A similar way React CRA app has a counter button in the initial boilerplate, doing quite the same for Angular ng new AppComponent boilerplate could be a good opportunity to promote Signals.

Describe the solution you'd like

Based on the current boilerplate content, it could be a 'like' button, each click incrementing a related counter.

It would be a simple way to show a basic Signal usage, even if deleted after all.

The ng new app probably isn't the best place to learn about signals as a concept, we'd rather point users to angular.dev.

Whenever we generate an interactive UI, that interactivity should probably be driven by signals just for consistency with best practices. But at least in the past we've used ng new to link to other resources for learning Angular rather than anything interactive and I don't think we have too much interest on the team to change that right now.
