Problem

Current commit format with prefixes ([Spec ###] [Phase x]) could be improved for better readability.

From Amr's Implementation

"Updated the git commit labels to use [Spec ###] [Phase x] to be suffixes instead of prefixes"

Proposed Solution

• Move spec/phase labels to suffix position
• Update commit message templates
• Provide formatting configuration options
