Excellent, but is it possible to keep hand movements from reference video?

Your work really is amazing and seamless. However I wanted to know if it is possible to provide an input video with hand movement and an audio to be spoken and a video with the hand movements and talking head to be generated??

Would really appreciate any help on this!
