Baldur's Gate II achievements not being unlocked

Hi, as described on this bug report (https://support.baldursgate.com/issues/39219) there might be some issue with steam-overlay. The game was not finding steam during runtime, so achievements were not being unlocked.

A manual installation of steam solved the problem.

Strange, we don't do that much differently, especially when steam_runtime is enabled. Unfortunately I don't have this game to test.

Hmm I wonder if this is related to #211. A missing libjson.so.0 would probably stop the game from launching at all though and it should have been present if you had the runtime enabled.
