steam failing to launch

[testc2n14]

been tyring to toruble shoot but affter i rebootied i can not get steam to launch at all. gets stuck in a loop semigly somethign to do with proton prefixes

ok so i fliped the psu for the 6600 my secondary gpu and steam boot up just fine, seems be an issue with the lcient panacking over having 2 gpus, or mabey this is even kwin being stupid

yeah still can;t figure out how to get it to launchg witha second gpu installed fi any one knows a way to jsut hide the second gpu from steam that would be great

thanks, don;t think my issue is relate to the second one as steam picks the correct gpu but then still fails, but the first one seems like it might be realted
