Use tsup to properly bundle the module into CJS/ESM/IIFE bundles

• Remove webpack
• Bring in a build script similar to fix: properly bundle to esm/cjs apify-shared-js#430

This is gonna be counted as a breaking change I think, but it'll have to wait and see (plus testing from platform team)
