Issue on fresh install.

v5.1.6
I tried both the zip, and composer create-project fusio/fusio
Same issue.
I tried removing the lock file.

Hi @christoferd the problem is that the PHP extension soap is not available on your system, normally you can simply activate this extension by enabling it in the php.ini config.
