I apologize for my ignorance. I downloaded the ICCV template from their official website, and it is a two-column template. However, yours on Overleaf is a one-column version. Could you please help me fix this?

Hi, I would need some more information. I am not sure why this template would appear as one-column. The version at Overleaf (matching the current commit on Github) is two-column: https://www.overleaf.com/read/zkbzbtcnrmvm
[If this is the confusion: there is initially no content so only the left-hand column appears. But if you add text, both columns should populate.]

Thanks for your reply. It appeared as a one-column because I used a too-long string of 'a' to test it; it became expected after I used a standard paragraph.
