ADFA-4884: theme FQR maps overlays/dialogs (Material 3 + day/night, i18n)

Build the in-app FQR overlays (consent sheet, calculating dialog, floating
progress overlay, delete list) through a ContextThemeWrapper(Theme.K2Go) so they
adopt Material 3 and follow the system light/dark, without touching PortalActivity's
global theme. Replace hardcoded dark hex with theme attributes (colorSurface/
onSurface/onSurfaceVariant/primary/error + tonal surfaces), MaterialAlertDialogBuilder,
MaterialButton, and Material progress indicators. Extract the inline English strings
into resources. Add a 'won't fit' warning in the consent sheet when free-after is
negative.
