Sharing pid namespace

If every container is a light VM, I guess it's not possible to share some selected namespaces between containers?

Correct, it is not possible. What would you like to achieve?

Debug container for distroless image would be one use case. I also have one instance where I use shared memory between 2 processes in 2 containers in a K8s Pod. The alternative would be to have the 2 processes in the same container, but this is an anti pattern and makes log collection complicated.

What about a shared network namespace, like containers in a kubernetes pod?

Ack. We don't support N containers in 1 VM today, but if you'd like to see this do you mind opening an issue against https://github.com/apple/containerization for that support? That'd be the first step.
