Add built-in named headers for TraceParent and TraceState #101
Description
Is there any appetite for adding the WC3 TraceContext headers TraceParent and TraceState? At what state does a common header get added to this repo?
Adding it would not only make it more convenient, but it would also bring visibility to developers unfamiliar with the TraceContext, as well as distributed tracing or even open telemetry.
