Add Navbar

Tourguide website doesn't contain any favicon right now. So I want to add a favicon based on the website theme.
I’d really appreciate if I get chance to work on this project under SWOC' 26.

I think we can modern Navbar using Aceternity collapsible menu bar, and making it responsive also helps.
